About the Blomer's Rivulet This moth is associated with Wych Elm (the larval foodplant) and might be expected to be very scarce as a consequence of Dutch Elm Disease, which destroyed almost all mature elm trees. However, it seems to have survived and can still be expected by anyone operating a light trap in a suitable woodland with elm.
